For a few years now, I've experienced lower back pains, shoulder pains and neck cramps. Never really knew the causes of it, I just knew that it sucked. After trying chiropractics, massages and even TENs electric therapy, it would be OK for a week or two but I would move the wrong way and the pain would come back. I decided to contact an old friend of my Sifu and started my path to rehabiliation with the use of kettlebells. During my first 6 months of training, I was able to eliminate my lower back pains, my shoulder and neck were perfectly mobile and best of all, I was getting physically stronger and increasing my flexibility at the same time! So I was presented the opportunity to take the
Russian Kettlebell Challenge. After 3 days of intense training and examinations, I am proud to say I join the ranks of RKC!

Thus far, I feel kettlebell training has been the best thing that has happened to me to maintain my health and compliment my martial arts training. I currently share and teach the benefits of kettlebell exercise in Irvine, CA on Saturday mornings at 9am. Are you ready for the challenge?
