Back to training!

You would think by instructing full time at a martial arts academy, it would be fairly easy to stay in pretty good shape. Well it is definitely harder than it seems. With taking care of marketing, accounting, curriculums and other things, I do find it hard to consistently train my forms, cardio and flexibility. Well as of today, I'm rededicating myself to a consistent training regime. I've been learning a lot over the last few years but having really drilled anything into my muscle memory. So my training will consist of reviewing my 7-star mantis sets, kettlebells and running.

Along with the physical aspects of my training, I'll be doing a little self educating on the human anatomy. This is going to prepare myself for the next phase of my training and career. I've come to the realization that I am a martial arts and health professional. People pay me for my knowledge and understanding on kung fu and kettlebell strength training. I need to make sure I train my students to the best of my knowledge and ability.

The next hundred days will kick start my dedication to my health and fitness goals!

Next time it will be the 32kg
